These terms apply when you use dilpost.com ("DilPost"), operated by Ishteyaque Ahmed, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. By using DilPost you agree to them.

1. The service

DilPost lets you create a personalised web page for an occasion (such as a date request, proposal, birthday, apology, anniversary or friendship) and share it as a private link. The recipient can open the page and answer, and you receive their answer by WhatsApp and on your DilPost account.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Your content and responsible use

• You are responsible for the names, photos and text you add. Only use photos and names of people who are comfortable with it, and only content you have the right to use.
• Do not use DilPost to harass, threaten, deceive or embarrass anyone, to send unwanted messages repeatedly, or to share obscene, hateful or illegal content.
• We may remove any page that breaks these rules, without refund, and may report serious misuse to authorities.
• Anyone can report a page through the contact details below.

4. Price and payment

Each page costs the price shown at checkout (currently ₹199 per link, launch offer). Payment is collected through our payment partner. Prices may change, but the price you paid for an existing link will not change.

5. Delivery and link validity

DilPost is a digital service. Your link is created immediately after successful payment and stays active for 1 year, unless you delete it earlier. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Our content

The DilPost name, logo, designs, themes and code belong to DilPost. You may share the pages, story images and certificates you create for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep DilPost available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the link concerned. We are not responsible for how a recipient responds to a page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand will have jurisdiction.
