DilPost ("we", "us") is operated by Ishteyaque Ahmed from Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use dilpost.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.

1. What we collect

• From the person who creates a page (sender): WhatsApp number (used to log in), the names, photos, message, question, date/time options and coupons you add, and your payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank login.
• From the person who receives a page (recipient): the answer they choose (for example Yes/No), the time they pick, any short reply they type, which coupons they use, and when the page is opened. We do not ask recipients for their phone number, and we do not use recipient data for marketing.
• Basic technical data: device type, browser and approximate time of visits, used to keep the service secure and working.

2. Why we use it

• To create and show your page, and to deliver the recipient's answer and alerts to your WhatsApp.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and misuse, and give support.
• Marketing, only with your permission: if you tick the optional box, we may send you offers and occasion reminders on WhatsApp. You can stop these anytime by replying STOP. Saying no does not affect your purchase.

3. Photos and consent

Only upload photos and names of people who are comfortable with it. Photos are shown only on the page you create and are not used for anything else.

4. How long we keep data

• A page and its photos, answers and coupons are kept while the link is active (up to 1 year) and are deleted after it expires.
• If you delete a link, its photos, answers and coupons are deleted permanently.
• Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run DilPost, under confidentiality: website hosting and database providers, Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging), and our payment gateway. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to us at the contact below. We will respond within the time the law requires.
