Refund & Cancellation Policy

DilPost is a digital service that is delivered instantly. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

You get a full refund if

• Money was deducted but your link was not created. In most cases this is reversed automatically; if not, write to us and we will refund it.
• You were charged twice for the same link.
• Your page has a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix within 48 hours of you reporting it.

Refunds are not available if

• The link was created and opened or shared, and works as described.
• You changed your mind, entered wrong details, or did not like the recipient's answer.
• The page was removed for breaking our Terms.

Cancellation

Because the link is created immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once it is paid. You can delete the link anytime from your status page, or ask us for help on WhatsApp.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@dilpost.com within 7 days of payment with your registered WhatsApp number and payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Payments from outside India

Customers outside India pay ₹199 in Indian Rupees with an international card. Your bank converts the amount to your currency and may add its own conversion fee. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees to the same card, so the amount you get back in your currency can differ slightly because of exchange rates.
